Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the golf equipment or apparel you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, club head covers, and adjustment tools are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
